Natural sourdough recipe

Take a container, without traces of washing-up liquid, rinsed with spring water. Mix 50 grams of organic semi-complete flour and 50 cl of spring water in this container. In the same container, add the same proportion of flour and water again the next day. Do the same the next day. Bubbles should appear. Otherwise, persevere for another day or start again from the beginning.
Once this sourdough has matured, add water, salt and flour to make your bread, just as with baker's yeast.
To always have leaven available, keep a small part of the leaven already obtained each time you make bread in order to feed it day after day.
